Presentation Part (Ready Screens and Overview of Their Functional Structure in Storyline)

  • Example Screen Types:
    • Screen with content and graphics/guide,
    • Screen with interaction (content available on click),
    • Screen with popup,
    • Scenario screen,
    • Screen with animation.
  • Exercises:
    • True/false test,
    • Single-choice test,
    • Multiple-choice test,
    • Drag-and-drop,
    • Pick-many/hotspot.
  • Workshop Part
  • Player Components:
    • Menu (position in player, hiding and displaying elements),
    • Navigation (back, next, check buttons),
    • Logo, dictionary, help, attachments,
    • Player customization (color, language, command and tab content, additional elements, export and import settings).
  • General Course Settings:
    • Screen size, standard fonts.
  • Course Structure Organization:
    • Modules, screens, and tests, transitions between them, screen copying,
    • Use of slide master for screens and feedbacks,
    • Pools of test questions.
  • Course Publication:
    • Publication settings (reporting results based on the number of screens displayed, test transitions, passing the test).

Workshop Part

  • Screen Components:
    • Graphics, text, shape, speech bubble, video, sound, buttons, hot-spot
    • Insertion, editing, replacement, format painter, properties panel
    • Object states and their practical application (hiding and showing, active/inactive button, changing content on click),
    • Actions panel (types of actions, assigning them to objects, sequence, conditioning),
    • Layers (properties, editing settings, applying functionality (training game, popups, interactions)),
    • Timeline and animations.
  • Content and Exercise Suggestions for the Next Workshop Day:
  • Practical Exercises:
    • Building screens with content, animation, interaction, scenario screens,
    • Building practice screens, setting the number of attempts, shuffling answers, feedbacks,
    • Test module - configuration, editing, results screen, reporting results.

Requirements

Participants of the training will receive educational materials in the form of reference files related to the presentation part, as well as sample executable files (.story) and graphics for use and editing during the workshop part.
