Training and consulting support in the HR area, resulting from changes in the labor market and demographic changes. The project is organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Services are provided through the Development Services Database through operators.

Project objective
For the purposes of the project, tools were created to help entrepreneurs identify their needs and select the appropriate training and consulting offer tailored to those needs.
Self-diagnosis is an interactive questionnaire for entrepreneurs, used to assess the needs for strengthening competences in the area of personnel policy. Jest key for further development of the company in changing socio-economic conditions.
The self-diagnosis report is generated after completing the questionnaire and is necessary in the project recruitment process.
The description of competencies in the HR area is a document that constitutes the basis for the selection of development services, subject to possible periodic updates, you can find it here .
For whom?
Micro (excluding self-employed persons with no employees), small, medium and large entrepreneurs:
• company owners,
• HR staff,
• management staff,
• employees who deal with the company's personnel policy.
Funding rules?
Funding can be obtained for training that results from self-diagnosis and is included in the description of staff competencies in the HR area.
How much is the support?
Up to 80% of the project value, the remaining 20% is paid by the company participating in the project or 100% with its own contribution intended for salaries.
When can I apply?
The first calls for applications were announced by the Regional Operators on 25 March 2024. The call for applications will end on 30 November 2026.
How to get funding?
Step 1.
Fill out the Contact Form so that we can contact you and guide you step by step through the process of collecting documents and submitting your application.
Step 2.
Create an account in the Development Services Database for employees and your company: REGISTRATION
Step 3.
Diagnose your company's needs by completing the HR Competency Self-Diagnosis.
Step 4.
Registration in the Project Operator's system.
Step 5.
Fill out the application with our help! If you need support, our team will guide you through the entire process step by step. .
Step 6.
Submitting an electronic application by logging into the Operator’s System.
Step 7.
Waiting for the decision and signing of the contract with the Operator.
Step 8.
Registration for training at BUR using the support ID assigned by the financial operator.
Step 9.
Participation in training.
Step 10.
Evaluation of training at BUR - a necessary condition for receiving a refund.
Step 11.
Settlement of training - uploading documents to the Operator's system and receiving reimbursement of incurred costs.
